As a tennis teaching professional, I like to give my students the option of selecting a game plan that best suits their style of play. Hugh approaches diet and weight control in a similar fashion. He offers up 4 completely different methods and says to the reader, “Pick the one best suited to your lifestyle.” Who needs a single-serving, one-way-or-the-highway approach. Hugh offers up a smorgasbord of dieting options. What a delightful and very workable change from the ordinary! That’s perfectly understandable because Hugh is no Ordinary Guy.
